Only six of Sweden’s 16 major teams are currently in qualification for the Charlotte Major — SiegeGG

Currently, only six teams that participated in the Six Sweden Major last November hold a top four spot in their region to qualify for the upcoming Six Charlotte Major in May – Rogue, Looking For Org, DarkZero, Oxygen Esports, DAMWON Gaming , and FaZe.
North America
OxG and DZ were the second and fourth seeded teams in Stage 3 last year and currently occupy the first and fourth spots at the time of writing.
Their two Swedish counterparts, SSG and Soniqs, have had a weak stage so far (to drastically different degrees) and sit in fifth and ninth place respectively. SSG have Parabellum, Soniqs, and DarkZero yet to play, making this week’s games outright wins when barring a miracle, Soniqs is already shut out of major qualification.
Rainbow Six World Champions TSM missed the Swedish Major and are currently set to miss this stage as well. Luckily for them, their schedule is getting a lot easier with matches against XSET, Soniqs, and Parabellum coming up, however, it’s probably already too late.
Europe
In Europe, the two regular teams are third- and fourth-place finishers Rogue and ex-formation Vitality now known as LFO.
This is mainly due to Team Empire’s roster being dropped unceremoniously between stages while BDS sits in fifth place, one point less than G2 in fourth. These two rosters are also set to face off on the final day of play of the EUL season, which could decide a spot in the Six Major.
However, the whole picture can and will change constantly, as third through sixth are only separated by two points while Secret in eighth is only three away from G2 in fourth.
Latin America
The four Brazilian teams that participated in the Six Sweden Major – FaZe, FURIA, oNe and NiP – currently sit fourth, sixth, ninth and 10th respectively. It’s like the Team oNe organization takes second place, it’s with a drastically changed roster with the core of the old Team oNe now on 00 Nation.
Alongside FaZe in the top four is Liquid while MIBR is tied on points with FaZe in fifth. Both of these sides missed out on Sweden, meaning they’ll be eager to clinch the final two Copa Elite Six spots alongside w7m and oNe.
FURIA, meanwhile, is just one point behind FaZe while NiP is barred from a CES appearance last. Finally, ninth-placed 00N has a slim chance of making the top four with matches against Liquid and MIBR to come.
Asia Pacific
Finally, for APAC, although the playoffs can create gaps, I looked at the top two teams in APAC North and APAC South, with both leagues having only one day left.
Starting in the South, they sent Invictus Gaming and Chiefs to Sweden. Ignoring the fact that iG has changed the majority of their roster between stages, it’s currently Dire Wolves and Elevate who sit in the top two positions while Chiefs are in third and Invictus missed the playoffs in fifth.
APAC North, meanwhile, sent DAMWON and SANDBOX to Sweden, with those teams currently sitting in first and fourth place. In second place is a surprise entry, Talon Esports, while Japan’s top representative, CYCLOPS, is in third.
Six Invitational Teams
Looking instead at the 20 representatives of the Six Invitational, the number of teams currently slated to make back-to-back World appearances is seven; Elevate, Liquid and the six teams listed above excluding LFO.
Finally, there are currently two new rosters formed from the Six Invitational that are expected to attend the Six Charlotte Major, XSET and oNe.
